99 Furnitures supplies mattresses, beds and sofas at wholesale to organisations that furnish homes and rooms in Perth: builders and developers, NDIS, SDA and disability accommodation providers, aged care and retirement operators, and short-term rental and property managers. We are a family-owned business with a showroom in Cloverdale, and you can come and see anything in the range before you commit to it.

Who we supply

We supply the organisations that furnish these places, rather than the people who live in them.

  • Builders and developers. Furniture for completed homes, display homes and units.
  • NDIS, SDA and disability accommodation providers. Beds and mattresses for supported accommodation.
  • Aged care and retirement operators. Beds and mattresses for rooms and independent living units.
  • Short-term rentals and property managers. Furnishing and refurnishing rental properties.

99 Furnitures is a furniture retailer. We are not a registered NDIS provider and we do not provide accommodation or care. We supply furniture to the organisations that do.

What we supply

Everything we supply to trade customers comes from the range we sell in the showroom, so you can see it and lie on it first.

  • Mattresses. Innerspring, foam and memory foam, in the standard Australian sizes from Single to King. The current range and its prices are on the mattresses page.
  • Beds and bases. Bed frames and bases, in the same size range. See beds and bases.
  • Sofas. See the current sofa range.

If you need something we do not have on the floor, tell us what it is and we will tell you honestly whether we can get it.

How it works

  1. Tell us what you need: the product, the sizes, roughly how many, and when.
  2. We check it against what we actually have and what we can get, and come back to you.
  3. We agree the price and the delivery, and arrange it around your site or handover dates.
